Hanley construction was terrific from the estimate to the final inspection for our roof replacement. We had a little conflict with our insurance company and Damien wrote a letter to the insurance company which helped them with their approval process.Lindsey got us scheduled quicker than we expected. The crews 1) coordinated with us, 2) came on time, 3) worked the entire time that they were on the job-site and 4) completed the project in a timely manner.

After much research & asking around, we decided to choose Hanleys for a new roof in 2010! Since then, we have chosen Hanleys for two other roofing projects & have never been disappointed! The quality of work is superb, the guys actually doing the work are excellent, polite & curtious! Our roof developed a leak & Hanleys took care of it immediately! They discovered it had to much insulation which was causing condensation to build & leak inside. It was covered under the contract in 2010 & Hanleys took care of everything! Greatest company with very qualified people! "Oliver" who started the company & son "Morgan" now running it have built an honest & competent company which is refreshing! I will always recommend Hanleys to everyone!

Overall, Hanley did a great job. The actual repair work and individual performing the repairs was 5 stars. However, getting the work scheduled could have been better. I had to contact Hanley 2 or 3 times before I received a return phone call to schedule an evaluation. Following the evaluation in November, I immediately signed the contract and paid the deposit. However, heard nothing back. I then had to contact Hanley who said I was “on the schedule.” Two months later in January I had received no contact. So I followed up and was told it would be “this week.” However, come Friday late morning I had again received no contact. I had to follow up again to verify that work would be performed.So although the actual repair was great, I had to put in more effort that I thought was reasonable to actually have the work performed.I still haven’t received the Roof Maxx treatment estimate that was offered in November as well. However, I had to follow up so many times for the basic repair, I have decided not to pursue it as I’m not confident it would be completed without significant follow up (considering I haven’t received the estimate to date).

Our commercial building's roof was leaking into one of our suites. Hanley promptly came out to inspect the issue and offer a quote. Damien was quickly able to identify where the leak was and did a quick caulking job so that at least wouldn't leak until we had time to approve the quote and schedule them to come back out. He also inspected the entire roof for any other signs of damage. We appreciated their timeliness and professionalism. They went above and beyond and we would definitely use them again!

We were so so happy with Hanley's service. We had a small leak in our roof. Hanley was recommended to us by our neighbor and she was so right about them. Hanley service responded to me right away. They came out quickly to do an inspection and do a quick calking. And when the weather allowed, they can back out to do the full repair. I highly recommend calling them if you need a repair.

We obtained several bids for the replacement of our 30 yr old shake roof and selected Hanley based on their experience, reputation, use of top quality materials.The project lasted 2+ weeks and was done in December despite typical NW weather (rain and winds). The crew assigned were very good, experienced, timely, safe, and had excellent teamwork. They took the time to protect our driveway, landscape, and surrounding equipment each day as part of the project.Removal of the old roof was methodical, organized, and well done with any debris picked up each day.The roof was completed in sections and stages to account for nasty weather and they kept everything dry. Their use, repair, and application of flashing around corners, edges, chimney, and valleys was top quality work.Hanley sourced top quality, straight grain, treated cedar shakes with 30/50 yr life span and they are beautiful. Pablo was the lead on a 6 man crew and was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Their attention to detail was excellent and they took time to answer any questions and address concerns.Overall, selection of Hanley was not inexpensive but their experience, use of high quality materials, and application by an experienced, professional crew proved to be an excellent choice for us. I would highly recommend them - especially for shake roofs.

We had an older roof which had been neglected from years and was fully covered in moss and debris. We called Hanley and from the very beginning got great professional service. They came out promptly and were very thorough. They were able to give suggestions on how to make my roof last longer and made repairs to make sure it wasn't going to leak. They cleaned up the debris they brought off the roof and even a little extra.I will be using them again!

They worked extremely well and efficiently, were friendly and respectful, and alerted me to one damaged and one separated roof shingle I never would have known about otherwise. They explained exactly what they needed to do, including how the gutter gets shaped in the truck!! Damien, who did the initial inspection and estimate, was equally terrific—I would definitely use Hanley Construction again and highly recommend them for any roofing needs!!

These guys are very competent and professional all around. We had a small roof leak which was hard to detect. In the estimate phase, Damian immediately identified the issue and because it could have been 3 weeks to get the repair scheduled, he offered to put a temporary patch on it, as rain was in the forecast. When an opening in the schedule came up prior to the 3 weeks' time frame, Damian called me to let me know they'd be out to do the repair in a matter of days. The repair was thorough, handled according to the agreement in the work order, and appears to be completely resolved. We are very happy with the work and the experience of dealing with Hanley.

Hanley has excellent customer service and were able to inspect the roof within a few days and provided a written report with lots of photos and a quote for the proposed work. There was a leak due to faulty original construction of an add-on to the house where a place collected water and then rotted the area underneath. This past Christmas, I came home to a leaky roof, do to tree branches falling on my roof. The temporary patch job by my insurance companies contractor cost me 2K for a couple shingles. Knowing it was temporary, I called Hanley Construction after firing my insurance companies contractor. They replaced and repaired the patch job, cut out the hole, filled in with a proper patch, re-sheeted and shingled the area and fixed other damaged areas for under $800. It looks beautiful and it matches my old shingles.It looks beautiful and the repairs match the older shingles.I highly recommend there services. They are fast, affordable, professional and knowledgeable. I have added them to my favorite contractor list. Oh, and they had an awesome recommendation for a handyman for the indoor repairs.

Hanley came to my house after an urgent call when water started coming through my ceiling. They evaluated the work needed, sent me a proposal and then got the work scheduled soon after. Their crew showed up right on time. They put down protection to protect my deck and landscaping. After doing the demolition needed to confirm the source of the roof leaks, they let me know that there wouldn't be any additional work required. Their guy (wish I could remember all their names) came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered us options for solving the problems. He was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in us. We decided to go with a completer re-roof, and although it took some time for that to happen, it was worth the wait. They secured our roof during the wait so we didn’t have to worry about more leaks. The roof job was completed in just over two days and they left things better than they found them. Then their carpenter, Will, came in with his assistant (initials for a name) and repaired the damage caused by the leaks. All-in-all, a very positive experience for us with this local roofing company.

I highly recommend Hanley Construction. I had some roof repair work and some gutter work done. Also gutters cleaned and downspouts checked along with the roof cleaned and moss deterrent applied. It was the best work I have had done in the 30 years I have lived in my home. The workers were skilled thorough and did an excellent job. I will have them back again.

This company is amazing.. They take good care of you from the begining. My roof was overdue for a replacement. Luckily I did not get much rot. I received my estimate in October of 2022 and I accepted. Couple days later they did an inspection and covered areas that were likely to damage over the next 12 months. I was well aware that my roof wouldn't get done for another 10-13 months because I was #117 IN THE QUE, and they were straight forward about that. But they reassured me, if at any point I had a leak, they would come down and fix it. My roof didn't get done until January 2023.I have no regrets!! My roof looks amazing.
