I called Hanley Construction on December 18th, when I noticed some shingles in my yard. Damian was here by 10am on the 19th, the day of the bomb cyclone, he magically did a temporary fix right before the storm. I got on the schedule on December 13th. Rigo did a great job, and it was windy that morning. He called me when they were done and sent me some informative photos to my phone. I'm 5 star happy with Hanley Construction.

I needed some minor repairs done to my roof and had heard good things about Hanley Construction. I was impressed from the time I called to request an estimate. The estimator came out the next day and was very thorough and explained things very well. They got me on the schedule and the repairs were completed in a timely manner and even provided pictures to show the completed repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with your roof. Hanley Construction has been our roofer since we built our house 35 yrs. ago. This last repair job for falling limbs (penetrating the roof in a couple of locations) met are expectations for their professional work. The temporary repairs were quick & effective, plus the timeline for permanent repairs was reasonable. Additionally, they did a great job cleaning-up debris from the job. I highly recommend these roofers!

Hanley Construction (Roofing) expertly repaired our damaged roof. Damien did the initial assessment of the needed repairs and JR and Tim did the repair work. The repair work was done exactly as described by Damien. The new roofing materials blend perfectly with the existing roof. There were no surprise fees or additional needed work. I appreciate the honest and professional way I was treated by everyone with whom I had contact, this also includes the office staff.

Tim and Nathan did a superb job in every aspect. They put tarps down all around the house and worked tirelessly for hours to clean our roof. They were polite and professional. I highly recommend Hanley Construction. I had some roof repair work and some gutter work done. Also gutters cleaned and downspouts checked along with the roof cleaned and moss deterrent applied. It was the best work I have had done in the 30 years I have lived in my home. The workers were skilled thorough and did an excellent job. I will have them back again.

Hanley did an amazing job replacing our roof and replacing areas affected by rot. While waiting for our job date they kept us in the loop where we were in the queue. When on the job they were quick and the work done was excellent. Afterwards they sent by someone to ensure the job was done well. The processes Hanley have in place are top notch.

Very pleased with the quality of workmanship. I have a somewhat unique roofing repair challenge with a flat roof design over a utility room. I had an excellent experience with Hanley Construction.Hanley Construction installed my metal roof in 2021. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. They were very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the process. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was top-notch. I have what is considered a technical roof lines with various peaks and valleys which presented with challenges, however, it was handled with great skill by the installers. I couldn't be happier with how my new roof turned out. They also left the area spotless after they were done, which was a huge bonus!Three years later in May 2024, I discovered some deep scratches on my roof that was left behind by a roof cleaning service, most likely caused by ill placed equipment. I called Hanley Construction and their technician meticulously removed the scratches, it looks new again.I highly recommend Hanley Construction for anyone in need of roofing services. Outstanding company!

I called to inquire about a roof inspection on a Wednesday. Thursday morning the foreman called me at 0900 ready to do the inspection at whatever time worked for me. The owner Morgan helped us pick out the right product for our home and gave us an estimate that they stayed within. Our on-site superintendent Pablo put the super in superintendent. This company is amazing.. They take good care of you from the begining. My roof was overdue for a replacement. Luckily I did not get much rot. I received my estimate in October of 2022 and I accepted. Couple days later they did an inspection and covered areas that were likely to damage over the next 12 months. I was well aware that my roof wouldn't get done for another 10-13 months because I was #117 IN THE QUE, and they were straight forward about that. But they reassured me, if at any point I had a leak, they would come down and fix it. My roof didn't get done until January 2023.I have no regrets!! My roof looks amazing. If I were to do this again I would hands down pick them. Shout out to Jeremy the inspector and the whole crew. If you want impeccable work, with no shortcuts pick them!!!!I forgot Communication aspect. They are perfect score on communication giving me updates on what # I am in the que..
