Hanley did an amazing job replacing our roof and replacing areas affected by rot. While waiting for our job date they kept us in the loop where we were in the queue. When on the job they were quick and the work done was excellent. Afterwards they sent by someone to ensure the job was done well. The processes Hanley have in place are top notch.

Hanley was timely in coming to our home to assess our roof, propose repairs, and provide an estimate. Damien (sp?) was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to schedule a time for them to come do the work, and we got on the schedule within a very reasonable time frame. All in all, the process was smooth and excellent. They were referred to me by another Kitsap family relative, and they did not disappoint!

I had an excellent experience with Hanley Construction.Hanley Construction installed my metal roof in 2021. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. They were very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the process. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was top-notch. I have what is considered a technical roof lines with various peaks and valleys which presented with challenges, however, it was handled with great skill by the installers. I couldn't be happier with how my new roof turned out. They also left the area spotless after they were done, which was a huge bonus!Three years later in May 2024, I discovered some deep scratches on my roof that was left behind by a roof cleaning service, most likely caused by ill placed equipment. I called Hanley Construction and their technician meticulously removed the scratches, it looks new again.I highly recommend Hanley Construction for anyone in need of roofing services. Outstanding company!

The Hanley team was great! The project team arrived with a full crew that removed and replaced our roof in two days. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. The jobsite manager provided regular updates on how the project was progressing. After the project was completed the Hanley team completely cleaned the surrounding areas. I called to inquire about a roof inspection on a Wednesday. Thursday morning the foreman called me at 0900 ready to do the inspection at whatever time worked for me. We had an excellent experience with Hanley Roofing. Every stepAlong the way was very professional. The owner Morgan helped us pick out the right product for our home and gave us an estimate that they stayed within. Our on-site superintendent Pablo put the super in superintendent. We had a great crew. They were hardworking, professional and courteous and cleaned up the work site after each day. Jeremy did the final inspection and made sure that we were happy with the final product which we 100% are. Hanley stands behind their work and that gives us great comfort and confidence that this new roof will stand the test of time.

This company is amazing.. They take good care of you from the begining. My roof was overdue for a replacement. Luckily I did not get much rot. I received my estimate in October of 2022 and I accepted. Couple days later they did an inspection and covered areas that were likely to damage over the next 12 months. I was well aware that my roof wouldn't get done for another 10-13 months because I was #117 IN THE QUE, and they were straight forward about that. But they reassured me, if at any point I had a leak, they would come down and fix it. My roof didn't get done until January 2023.I have no regrets!! My roof looks amazing. If I were to do this again I would hands down pick them. Shout out to Jeremy the inspector and the whole crew. If you want impeccable work, with no shortcuts pick them!!!!I forgot Communication aspect. They are perfect score on communication giving me updates on what # I am in the que..

We were on the waiting list for some time simply due to the amount of work they do (a testament to their workmanship and quality), but it was worth the wait. The installation was nearly seamless to us and the job was done in about three days. All of our neighbors have complemented our roof and said now they think they're going to get their's done!
