Hanley has done a fantastic job on several of our properties. They've handled everything from a roof leak repair on an older house with asphalt shingles, to installing metal roofs on both a new house and our shed. Most recently, they cleaned our metal roof after years of weathering and pollen buildup.The team is incredibly friendly and easy to work with, whether it's a small task or a large project. Hanley consistently delivers exceptional work at a reasonable price, and they always leave the job site spotless.

Amazing experience. Friendly customer service, quick response for estimate, thorough evaluation, excellent work on the day of. They cleaned and also repaired roof tiles and added flashing to stop water running into the siding of the house. Very pleased, but especially happy with the scheduling and communication. I’m writing this as a “roof repair” because our actual service, RoofMaxx. Isn’t listed as a choice.Service was outstanding! From the initial inspection by Rigo, to repairs supervised by Gabriel, to the after-application cleanup this team was thorough, friendly, and professional.Now we hope the process buys us a few years until roof replacement is needed!I can’t imagine Hanley would offer this service if it didn’t work, so we’re pretty confident!

From beginning to end, Hanley Construction was awesome to work with. The sales person was respectful and very easy to get ahold of. The roofing crew were fun and very professional. Safety was a top priority. The shingles were hand nailed, which is so important, and were installed perfectly. They replaced our skylight and we couldn't be happier. Top quality workmanship! Hanley scheduled me within my rather limited timeframe and completed the work when they said they would. Had the roof cleaned. Hanley also washed the skylights (all 5!) and cleaned the gutters at the same time for one quoted price. The quote I got from another firm had 3 separate prices including installing safety hooks on my roof and it would have been much more expensive. Hanley Roofing showed professional and competent service for the replacement of our house roof and barn roof several years ago. For that reason we asked them to clean our barn roof this spring. This is the second house where we’ve contracted with Hanley Roofing to repair/replace a roof. There was a leak due to faulty original construction of an add-on to the house where a place collected water and then rotted the area underneath. This repair was done quickly and throughly (adjusting the way the roof sheds water!) with full clean up afterwards. We highly recommend them!!

The team showed up and got to work right away. They were THOROUGH in the removal of moss and the treatment. And my brand new gutters were never even touched! My roof looks like it never had moss on it at all - and I haven't removed moss in years! Damian with Hanley has been an excellent point of contact for all things roofing. Roof repair is a decreasingly common service offered (everybody switching to new sales), but Hanley does it for a reasonable price, and provides good communication along the way. I had other roofers come to our home and suggest what they determined our issue to be. Their suggestion was that our roof needed 10’s of thousands of dollars of necessary work. However, when the Henley contractor came to our home the proposal was altogether different, being considerably lower in price and we accepted they’re bid. The work done was thoroughly , professionally combined with excellent workmanship. We are very happy with our choice of Henley.

Ethan and Gabriel were amazing! Showed up on time, very thorough with their work, cleaned everything up so well that isn’t wasn’t even like they were there. If you’re looking to get your roof repaired, gutters cleaned , and the moss taken care of, Hanley is the way to go! And if you want an experience like mine, Ethan and Gabriel are the best.

I called Hanley because of a roof leak. The estimator advised me my shingles were fine, and advised me a minor rerouting of a gutter would be the most cost effective repair. The repair was scheduled, the repair arrived on time, introduced themselves, completed the work promptly, cleaned the work site completely and advised me the work done. Professional in every way

Requested help with a leak around the chimney. gave me a reasonable quote and did the work on time as promised.. cleaned up adequately.. of course we won't know if the leak is fixed for awhile but it seems pretty tight to me . other roofing companies wouldn't even return my call. very appreciative of the professionalism!

This past Christmas, I came home to a leaky roof, do to tree branches falling on my roof. The temporary patch job by my insurance companies contractor cost me 2K for a couple shingles. Knowing it was temporary, I called Hanley Construction after firing my insurance companies contractor. They replaced and repaired the patch job, cut out the hole, filled in with a proper patch, re-sheeted and shingled the area and fixed other damaged areas for under $800. It looks beautiful and it matches my old shingles.It looks beautiful and the repairs match the older shingles.I highly recommend there services. They are fast, affordable, professional and knowledgeable. I have added them to my favorite contractor list. Oh, and they had an awesome recommendation for a handyman for the indoor repairs.

Our standing seam metal roof needed extensive repair that required both an experienced metal roof team as well as a carpenter to repair structural damage. Hanley has both, and a well deserved excellent reputation! The job lead- Bob- is definitely knowledgable, clearly explaining steps required to complete the job and upgrade where necessary, as well as being careful and considerate of the surrounding area. I highly recommend Hanley for any and all metal roof jobs!

Hanley really helped me out. I was selling my house, and needed a new roof asap. They scheduled my roof in 10 days between Xmas and new years. I got my roof done in one day, and it looks awesome. I was really impressed with how fast and easy the whole process was, and I will definitely be using them again for my own home. Hanley came to my house after an urgent call when water started coming through my ceiling. They evaluated the work needed, sent me a proposal and then got the work scheduled soon after. Their crew showed up right on time. They put down protection to protect my deck and landscaping. After doing the demolition needed to confirm the source of the roof leaks, they let me know that there wouldn't be any additional work required. Everything was done efficiently, they finished and cleaned up in just a few hours. This was another great experience working with Hanley. I will always refer them to others if any type of roof work is required.

Hanley replaced the roof on our 4-unit condo building. They were fantastic. They worked fast and efficiently under very difficult conditions (torrential December rain and wind) but tented the whole roof, replaced shingles as they went, and took all precautions to keep the area dry. Their clean-up was immaculate and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I'm so glad we decided to go with Hanley and heartily recommend them.

I recently used Hanley for a roof repair and a complete deck tear down and new installation. Both were done with professionalism and great quality. I love my new deck and Will and his team kept me well informed throughout the process. Some headache at the beginning with communication on scheduling but would not deter me from going with Hanley again, overall very satisfied.

Damian was very professional and put me at ease with the work that needed to be done. The work was very good the roof is clean and shingle replaced and looks better than when i bought the house. We called Hanley when we discovered leaks in the roof of the house we had just purchased. Their guy (wish I could remember all their names) came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered us options for solving the problems. He was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in us. We decided to go with a completer re-roof, and although it took some time for that to happen, it was worth the wait. They secured our roof during the wait so we didn’t have to worry about more leaks. The roof job was completed in just over two days and they left things better than they found them. Then their carpenter, Will, came in with his assistant (initials for a name) and repaired the damage caused by the leaks. All-in-all, a very positive experience for us with this local roofing company.

I have worked with Hanley Roofing in the past and was very pleased with the entire process. Damian, I assume their star troubleshooter, responded quickly to assess the issue then clearly explained the process to correct then provided a window of time to make the necessary repairs. Well within the window of time, Hanley Roofing made contact to confirm I was ready for the repair to take place. I agreed and Damian attended the roof and made the necessary repairs. The Leak was stopped and I was able to clean up the minimal damage (staining). I called Hanley Construction on December 18th, when I noticed some shingles in my yard. Damian was here by 10am on the 19th, the day of the bomb cyclone, he magically did a temporary fix right before the storm. I got on the schedule on December 13th. Rigo did a great job, and it was windy that morning. He called me when they were done and sent me some informative photos to my phone. I'm 5 star happy with Hanley Construction.

Hanley Construction has been our roofer since we built our house 35 yrs. ago. This last repair job for falling limbs (penetrating the roof in a couple of locations) met are expectations for their professional work. The temporary repairs were quick & effective, plus the timeline for permanent repairs was reasonable. Additionally, they did a great job cleaning-up debris from the job. I highly recommend Hanley Construction. I had some roof repair work and some gutter work done. Also gutters cleaned and downspouts checked along with the roof cleaned and moss deterrent applied. This company is amazing.. They take good care of you from the begining. My roof was overdue for a replacement. Luckily I did not get much rot. I received my estimate in October of 2022 and I accepted. Couple days later they did an inspection and covered areas that were likely to damage over the next 12 months. I was well aware that my roof wouldn't get done for another 10-13 months because I was #117 IN THE QUE, and they were straight forward about that. But they reassured me, if at any point I had a leak, they would come down and fix it. My roof didn't get done until January 2023.I have no regrets!! My roof looks amazing. If I were to do this again I would hands down pick them. Shout out to Jeremy the inspector and the whole crew. My wife and I recently had our roof replaced with Hanley, and we're excited to say they did an excellent job! We were on the waiting list for some time simply due to the amount of work they do (a testament to their workmanship and quality), but it was worth the wait. The installation was nearly seamless to us and the job was done in about three days. All of our neighbors have complemented our roof and said now they think they're going to get their's done!
